What customers say

Business customers mention locksmith jobs at offices and retail sites, including a master-key system across multiple units completed faster than expected and retail repairs and rekeys handled without interrupting business. One law-office customer says a keypad-entry setup came with clear explanations and follow-up support. One customer complained about how two replacement keys looked before a year had passed and said the shop wanted to charge again when they returned; they also said it did not keep regular working hours.

Very cheap replacement keys. I got two made which I felt were over priced, it hasn’t been a year yet and this is how they look. I went back to confront him about it and he wanted to charge me again smh. I’m not sure about anyone else’s experience but these may be fake reviews. Also his shop does not have regular working hours you have to call before going.

Top-notch service for our office building! We needed a full master key system installed across multiple units. The team was professional, organized, and finished the job faster than expected. Highly recommend for any property manager.

Reliable and responsive. We’ve used this locksmith company for several retail locations. They always show up quickly, handle lock repairs and rekeys without interrupting business, and their pricing is fair. Great partner for any business. Jessica W., Franchise owner

I recently visited this establishment after having been looking for a physical shop, and I am grateful to have found them. I needed a second key, cut and programmed, for my car; the estimate I received was half of what the dealership wanted, so of course I was pleased. Eddie was simply amazing, friendly, and helpful. He explained everything to me and I watched as he operated the machinery. I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes. I was not comfortable with a mobile locksmith coming to my home so I would definitely recommend Key World USA Locksmith.
