Cut two keys, neither worked. Went back three times. Still neither worked. Owner would not give me a 12 dollar refund without a receipt even though the employee remembered me being there. Owner was rude and arrogant. Total rip off!!
Excellent customer service! I broke off a key in my RV door and they were able to replace it in no time. He then gave me instructions AND the tool to remove the key. Thanks very much!
Wonderful and very friendly customer service. Rob installed a new handset for our door. The latch failed a year later. He repaired it but the latch stuck again. Rob and his helper Connor came back to install a new latch assembly. Really friendly, solid expertise and happy happy customer. Thanks Rob & Connor.
Rob and his apprentice came to do dead bolt installation throughout our 1970s house to beef up security. Fantastic job all around, super easy to work with. All time estimates were accurate and very reasonable pricing.~Able to fulfill a special request for higher dead bolts for toddler safety~Wouldn't hesitate to call for any future jobs.
