Key duplication at in-store kiosk; connection to mobile locksmith services for residential, commercial, and automotive needs; customer support for kiosk orders and refunds.
Recent reviews mention the kiosk being easy to use and keys working as expected for many customers, though some report mis-steps during operation. Several comments raise concerns about pricing for car lockouts and the quality or fit of certain duplicated keys. There are also notes about communication when calling for mobile service and clarity around service areas and estimates.
I don’t have any idea who the hell I was talking to, but they were very sketchy. Wouldn’t give me a price without coming to do a “free estimate” and then told me that they would call me back to check and see if they service my area? I’m genuinely so confused by this so called service company ???? Trafficking vibes.
Easy to use will see how keys work
Just a heads up, they charge $280 to unlock a car during regular business hours which is the highest I've ever seen.
Had some interaction mis-steps in kiosk operation but got through it ... Keys worked perfectly.
The keys are garbage. You literally have to shake them back and forth anywhere between 15 and 30 seconds to get the lock to open up. Most of the time it eventually opens, but once in awhile it won't. I used the machine because of the convenience, but the next time I will use a service where they have an actual person doing it for you. Would not recommend.
