? 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I’m writing to share my experience with Orange Locksmith regarding my 2007 Cadillac CTS. After they made a key for my car, it only worked about 10 times before failing completely. When I called for help, they came out and drilled out my ignition and broke the steering column, making my car inoperable. Since then, I have tried contacting Orange Locksmith countless times, but they have ignored every call, blocked every number, and refused to respond in any way. I’ve been left without transportation for a long time, with no explanation, no repair plan, and no accountability. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be ignored when you rely on your vehicle daily. I strongly advise others to avoid Orange Locksmith to save yourself the stress, financial burden, and poor service I’ve endured. I wish this company would.just.make.it right .
