Theo ( i think that was his name) arrived earlier and completed the work quickly. Would have given 5 stars but for the fact that in replacing our door handle with a new one he left a small hole to the outside. I covered it with plumbing putty for now but ideally this would have been addressed as part of is service or at least he should have mentioned it as we discovered it after he had left the job.
