I just had the service done 30 mins ago.The service was real quick which is positive. The communication was sketchy to say the least. I requested for quote or general idea how much it could be initially, to have my door rekeyed. He said he needed to look at it first to see how much it would cost. He did not say anything about a $49 charge till i asked, or assessing the door till he was about to come down. He charged 125 for the rekeying which I assumed included the 5 second visual asssement. The total bill for 30 mins service was $174. Im disappointed, I expected to know ahead and have better clarity.
Amazingly fast to arrive and deliver key replacement service! We had a broken key for 2010 Pontiac Vibe and were stranded in middle of shopping center. Our tech David was courteous and sharp. Highly recommend these folks, price was more than I anticipated but for the speed and execution I can’t complain too much. The tech even reprogrammed the bad fob like a pro in a matter of minutes! DML just does it right and are truly the key Masters!
