Call into headquarters was answered right away and was told a technician would contact me. Technician called after about 2 minutes and took down my address and problem. Said he’d be here in 25 minutes. Pulled into the parking lot 27 minutes later grabbed his tools and had our front door open in about 5 minutes. Technician was polite, cordial and dressed properly for his line of work. A bad situation that in the end had us laughing and joking because of a quality business. Keep up the good work.

The customer needs to know exact fees b4 the tech is dispatched. To get an invoice, after work is completed, for twice what competitors charge is not a good business model. The tech was great and we worked out the invoice. Don’t put your customers in awkward situations & your business will thrive. I wish your business nothing but future success.
