Not only did Thomas walk me thru getting my old electronic lock open that was broken on my safe. He was able to help me get an upgraded unit the same day to get my stuff secure again. These guys are my go to!
I had difficulty finding a locksmith who would come to my location for an old locked safe. I called Texas Safe & Lock and spoke with Mickynzie. She was very polite and worked to be able to have someone respond on the only day that could work for me. Mathew traveled a bit to meet with me today. He was very respectable, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated everything he was doing and even went beyond and explained some things about the process and mechanics, as it was very interesting to me and the skill it clearly takes. He got into the safe, updated it with a convenient keypad, and cleaned up his work area when done. He explained in detail how the new keypad worked and ensured I had it down. I got access to some very sentimental items. I believe good companies who have good employees deserve my business. It may not be real convenient, because of my location, but I may be driving to Plano to get a key made! Keep up the great work. Six stars!

I had a safe that was built in 1999. With a spin dial. Matthew came out and installed a new pin pad. He walked me through the process of setting up a new PIN number and made sure I understood the process. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend .
Bought a safe from these guys. Jeff, the wizard, knows his stuff! He recommended a safe that was perfect for us. He even communicated with us over the phone that night to make sure the safe was going to fit in our house.2-24-2023, Rick and Jeremy arrived to deliver the safe. They were very careful making sure nothing got damaged. They put plates down over my flooring to make sure their equipment didn’t damage anything. They got it bolted to the floor, and they were on to the next one. These are the guys you want to do business with.
