Used this machine many time but this time neither of my keys were cut correctly.
Terrible service. They had me waiting for an hour and a half telling me that a technician would call me but secretly cancelled my request to have someone come out and help me. No apology or anything. I’d give 0 stars if this was an option.
The first shaved key did not work for my lock. I requested a refund and got it immediately. I decided to try a traditional cut key and it worked perfectly…I think my lock was too damaged for the other one to work.
