i had a wonderful experience going through 24 hour lock and key, they were very communicative and understanding, my service guy avi was super friendly, understanding, and very very timely from showing up to finishing the service, he was able to give me a clear quote before we even scheduled a service appointment and got to work immediately and it was executed perfectly, i got locked out of my car and lost the keys for almost a week and he was able to provide a spare coded key and a second plain cut one incase i lost that one in less than an hour! he was also a very nice person to be around and in a bad situation lifted the mood and always had a very positive uplifting attitude, i would and will 110% recommend to ANYONE in need to call these guys they are truly a blessing and they will get it done!!

I had just got over being in bed for a week with the flu and couldn’t for the life of me find my car keys. After 6hrs of tearing apart my house I gave up and called these guys! The operator was very prompt and was able to schedule me a tech within minutes.
