Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I am very glad we stopped here when we needed a key. Would be happy to do business with them again.

Went to see if they could cut a key blank I bought online. (Tip: make sure your blanks are made of soft metal/BRASS or his machine will get destroyed!) Although they were not able to cut the key, the owner was super friendly, chatty and informative. He's a small biz struggling just like the rest of us and because of that I really felt that he truly values customer service. The parking is kinda 'non-existent' so you may want to park across the street.
