The lady that answers the phone is very rude and all I was asking is for a new remote for my tenant that is handicap and this woman seems to be very intense and burnt out and jus plain always in a rush. Before contacting I would go check out other locksmiths this woman seems to be too emotional for her position of her job.

If you live in downtown Providence, GO HERE. Don't waste your time with Home Depot or KeyMe. The friendliest people run this beautifully restored 'retro' shop. Real 'smiths'. Hundreds of 'lock specific' keys made just for your lock. What a find and flavor of 'Old Providence'

I was visiting from Florida a few months ago. I needed a copy of my car key but none of the commercial machines could copy it. And all of the locksmiths back home closed. I guess it was a guy in a van that comes to make it? I couldn't figure it out. Anyhow I happened to walk by this business and stopped in quick. They made me three keys and when I got back home they all worked perfectly in my car. Great service.
