I sent this email reply on January 14, 2026.“I obviously understand that people get sick and unexpected situations arise, but I need to express my frustration with how this entire process (which began two months ago in early November) from start to finish has gone.This is now the THIRD time we’ve had an issue with installation:1. A couple months ago, we had to wait a week after the initial appointment because the technician showed up without the proper equipment or knowledge of what was needed (despite me speaking with a representative on the phone and telling them exactly what type of locks were to be installed).2. When the technician did come to install the locks, they did not follow my specific directions regarding the orientation of the locking mechanism and had to return to correct it.3. And now we’re rescheduling yet again.This pattern of delays, mistakes, and rescheduling is frustrating and feels very unprofessional. I’ve been more than patient, but at this point, the repeated issues are costing us time and creating significant inconvenience.…I'm sorry to say that I can no longer recommend FlyLock Security Solutions & The Flying Locksmiths to anyone looking for a locksmith.”
I had a real emergency. The service was professional, courteous and so efficient. I would say JOB WELL DONE. I was so grateful for the help, made me feel safe and comfortable.
They went out of their way to find hardware that matched our 50 year old front doors and did a perfect job. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were so polite and friendly. They even found a way during the actual hardware installation to use part of our original hardware and therefore reduce the cost so they came in less than the estimate! I would recommend them 100% of the time.

Booking with the central line was fantastic, the intake person was courteous and kind, repeated all of my information so that there was no misspellings/missed numbers, and was able to book us quickly! On the day of re-keying our locks, Justin sent me text updates on his progress (as requested), arrived promptly, worked promptly and went on his way. Super friendly and helpful.
