I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Marino. He arrived in 15 minutes from my call and his efficiency and knowledge exceeded my expectations. Great customer service! I hope not to lose my key fob again ?? but if I do I will use this company. 5 star service for sure. Thank you again.

Called them with the problem of losing the remote to my car and they were very helpful overall I suppose since I did get a key but I was told they would arrive around 5pm and no one contacted me and I didn’t receive service until reaching out again where they showed up at 8pm 3 hours later also I was quoted $150 for just a key & $250 for a key and remote mind you I drive a basic honda accord which sounded great but once the locksmith arrived not only could he not get a key and remote to work but after getting me only the key charging me $200.. for $50 more dollars I could get a fully functioning car key from the Honda Dealership or at least have a remote as well. I eventually got my car but being charged way more for something that is barely functional was not something I was happy with at the end. I wouldn’t use them again unless i truly had no other option also they added tax when I paid cash and i’ve never paid “tax” on any type of lockout but they could’ve just been making up prices at this point. My opinion use this company if you’re truly desperate.

I had three keys reprogrammed and one key fob programmed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had such a wonderful experience with Charles. We called expecting to schedule a service visit for what we thought would be an expensive key fob issue for my Volvo XC-60. Instead, he kindly asked us to send a quick photo and took the time to walk us through a simple fix over the phone. It took less than 15 seconds to resolve — and he didn’t charge us anything. We even offered to compensate him for his time, and he graciously refused. That level of honesty and professionalism truly meant a lot to us.
