My daughter's 06 Accord "with notorious ignition problems" left her stranded on a Friday afternoon with the key locked up. Awful costumer serviceThey must have changed owners or something? Used to be a reputable professional company but when I’m being quoted $180 to have a basic key made I call shenanigans. Then they had the gall to call me back and ask me if I needed thier service. Talk about Desperate.Sorry Giles you lost a potential repeat customer. I was thinking $50 but I’ll pay the next guy $60 just so I don’t have to drive to the bad part of town for simple lock service and pay ritzy prices. It’s an early 70’s GM key for crying out loud!
We got locked out of our car on a 25th anniversary and we called a couple other companies who couldn't get to us but Giles showed up 15 min after we called and 10 min later our plans were back on track. Thank you for your help.
I am not one to ever write reviews, literally ever. But I would gladly roll my windows down and yell up and down the highway about the service I received today. My key broke this morning at 8:30 and by 10 they had not only fixed my key housing but magically solved my remote start issue. To put it in perspective I called the dealership and they quoted me $300 and however long it would take to even get the part in. 5 stars and beyond this place is incredible and the guys here were all awesome!!
