I was so impressed by the service provided by Ben, he truly saved our vacation! We lost our Land Rover car key on a mountain near Lake Tahoe in blizzard conditions and with a record snowfall. With highways opening and closing several times a day, Ben made it to us within 24 hours and got to work immediately, not only getting into our car, but programming a brand new key. He told us in advance how long he expected the job to take and delivered within minutes of the promised time window. The only other option we had was a tow to another city where we would have had to wait several days for the dealership to order and program the key.

Amazing service! Dropped my 1 and only key down a sewer grate, and was doubtful if it was possible to get a copy without having to go to a dealer ($$$).Shon was very kind and prompt (arrived less than 30 minutes), and was able to have it rekeyed within 20 minutes (including helping with fob re-programming).I will never park near a grate again, but I will definitely come back to him and his team for any help for future copies.
