I had an Emtek pocket door lock and a privacy door handle installed by this company. The work required three visits and took a total of four hours. While the initial interactions with the manager and owner were good, I faced some issues with the installation.After the first visit, the owner had to return to fix the Emtek lock, which was not installed correctly. During the third visit, the handle was installed, but I was told it was my responsibility to ensure it was properly aligned. I’m not a door expert and this is why I hired professionals to carry out the installation, assuming they would provide expertise and have the ability to install.Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of accountability and the change in attitude when I expressed my concerns. I suggest researching thoroughly before choosing this company for installation services.
