Very friendly technician and fair price. Thank you
Excellent service and attitude. Everything about the way they helped me was amazing. Plus, the owner was incredibly nice and helpful.
Highly recommend this place for duplicate mail box key. Home depot, Rona and Canadian was not able to make duplicate mail box key, I was skeptical that Payless locksmith could duplicate it. However when I tried it, it worked like a charm. Thank you.
the owner is quite dishonest. we were asked for $100 for changing a battery in the garage door remote. ended up negotiating down to $5.P.S. I recommend you to read the one-star review, you will see a pattern.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called ahead to confirm if they could duplicate a very specific type of key. The moment I gave the model number, the person confidently said, “Yes, we have it.” I didn’t believe it right away, so I asked again—reminding him that I had already called two other shops who couldn’t do it. He still insisted, “Yes, we have it, just come.”So I wasted an hour driving back and forth, only to be told when I arrived that they don’t actually have it and can’t do the job at all. This is beyond frustrating—it’s misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. If they don’t have the service, they should just say so, instead of lying to get customers in the door.
