Two days prior to moving cross country and shipping my car, I realized my spare key was missing. Denise gave me a call shortly after I left a voicemail and was able to help me get a spare on the same day for a very fair price! So grateful for their help… Highly recommend this place!
They got me taking care of in one shot! Ms. Denise who answers the phone. Sweetest lady very polite. Option 3 lol who handled the service was Super Cool got me taken care of 1st try. If you need a new key, programmed go to them!
I have a 2012 Audi Q5, and lost the only key fob My car was locked.These guys came out in 32 degree weather made me a complete fob and key,I requested a second set, no problem, prices more then fair,I never got the name of the two techs that they sent,but. If the rest of the techs are as good as those two,, They deserve a raise!! Great job, guys, I can't think you enough!!!
Cannot recommend this place enough. I needed to get a new key & fob created for my car because there was an issue with each of my other key fobs I had. I called to get a quote on 12/22, which was super reasonable compared to other quotes I received and was told I could just walk-in based on what I needed. I went on 12/23, and the staff were super kind, helpful, and quick. Would 100% recommend them!
Really great experience. I called this morning to explain my situation on how my car keys were lost and they made an appointment for me, same day. John came here right at 2pm, the scheduled time, and did a great job. Straight to business but very welcoming and understanding. Very happy that everything was done quickly out of the work van. Hopefully next time isn’t for a lost key again but I highly recommend! Paying $200 for a brand new, programmed key and remote was so much cheaper than going to the dealership.
