UPDATE: I am pleased to announce that after purchasing another fob from a different locksmith, I have yet to have any technical difficulties with remote start, locking or unlocking my vehicle using my REPLACEMENT fob in over a year!!!Imagine leaving your vehicle running locking the door with the fob upon exiting and go to get back into your vehicle and the fob doesn’t work!!!! Well that’s what happens when you listen to THE KEY GUY Mr I didn’t sell you a defective key fob.After getting a YELP notification that the owner responded I had to respond!This is the customer service you’ll get if for some reason there’s any technical difficulties since the key guy only sell flawless equipment! They were polite, quick, and efficient. I accidentally lost my car keys during a move and was stuck for a bit. Came across these during my general google search for assistance and they were very nice. Charged a fair price too! Very professional, got me up and running within the hour. Would DEFINITELY recommend if your keys lost and need replacement!
I needed a car key that everyone else was going to have to order, with no determined arrival date. The Key Guy was able to meet me and make the key the same day I called. All at a price competitive with the other shops.
Only locksmith I could find, other than the dealership, that will duplicate a VW key. Most places won’t touch them. Mobil service that comes to your door. Arrived on time. Key works great! Cheaper and quicker then the dealership
My wife has managed to lose her key fob twice in the last couple of months, and both times we've had to call The Key Guy the experience has been far better than expected, they showed up at the time they said they would, both people who have come have been very professional and polite, and the charge has been exactly what they told me it would be. I don't guess that anyone can expect more from an interaction that by its definition I'd prefer not to have.
