Second time using and it’s fast, simple and affordable
This is a national hotline call center service. They didn't copy my address down right and have sent me to multiple locksmiths in different states. The poor guys that were calling me had no idea where to go and didn't speak English very well, so I felt bad for them because their employer was sending them to the wrong place. This was not a great experience and a waste of my time.
I recently had the unfortunate situation where I lost my key. And this was my backup. I called KeyMe for assistance with my car being opened and have another spare keys. I have to say after calling many other companies i realize i made the right choice. The technician who helped me was great and even came back when I called back to ask a question.
Customer service call was horrible, and i couldnt understand or hear the person who answered. They showed up a hour late from the time they gave me. I called the Rio Rancho location because I live close. They sent people from their Albuquerque location to my house to unlock my car. They wouldn't give me a price over the phone for an unlock, a new key and to program the key. Costs after they finished was $534!!! The dealership would have charged me $225 after I called them to compare. It's been 1 week and the key had stopped locking and unlocking my car doors. If I lock my car from the outside, I'm completely locked out. This business is horrible. Do not contact them for any reasons. If you live in Rio Rancho, call anyone else.
Feel taken advantage of in my situation. First quote was over $500 for literally what took 1 minute of work. The technician was nice and helpful, but the way you price is unbelievable. You did come down to $200, but only after I refused your first price.
