Don’t ever use these people. Called them on a Thursday to rekey my Lock. They fix one lock and promise to come back and fix the other the next day. Here we are four days later they have not come back still asking for another day. Took my money did not return the full amount for the second lock. Quoted me one price when I asked for a refund did not refund me The portion for the second lock we agreed to. Also had lunch in front of my building and threw the trash all over the ground when he finished, for me to clean up. Don’t waste your time they’re crooks. I was supposed to be refunded $125. He only refunded me $100 and had me waiting on this holiday Labor Day. I’ve been waiting hours for them to come. I should have been out on the lake with my family and here he is again he’s asking to come tomorrow after he asked day after day time to come another day how unprofessional. I called the business line to make a complaint. They hung up in my face. Don’t waste your time with these people. They are rip off. Don’t trust a technician Leo
My key arrived in 4 days and worked perfectly
I called them 2 days before I needed their service and set up a day and time for them to come. I asked for the price and was told someone would call me 1 hour before arriving and would give me the price. I had did my research before calling and the locksmith I called before them asked for $140 to come out AND unlock the door, so I expected their rate to be similar. On the day of, I got the call from the locksmith, I asked for the price and I could have sworn I heard $69 for just coming out and more would be added depending on the lock. I thought that was reasonable so I confirmed and said yes. When the locksmith arrived, it turned out we didn't need his service after all, but we knew we had to at least pay the $69. He tells me I heard wrong and he said $169 as an initial fee. I was shocked because $169 as an initial fee is ridiculous especially since the other company told me travel fee plus unlocking the door is $140. I later get a follow up call from the company asking how the service went. I told them the locksmith they sent charged me $169 and we didn't even need his service. He literally walked out of his car walked up to my husband and asked for $169 and left. Even the lady on the phone seemed shocked. I also told her I especially picked you guys because you were one of the closest to the house. So distance wise you were less than 5 miles away. I'm writing this review to warn you to get the quote before they come so the same thing doesn't happen to you! I'm giving 2 stars because at least they were on time had we needed their service.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect from this. I needed to make spare keys for my office staff and this location was found inside the Food 4 Less very convenient because I also bought groceries after.They keys came out good and didn’t take too long.
