Don't waste your time or money
This was the first time I have ever used this service and it was a great experience. The key was made fast and it worked perfectly. I would definitely use the kiosk again and would also recommend it to anyone who asked about having a key made.
My new key didn't work. I now have to go back to get a refund apparently because I can't get into my house
Don’t ever use these people. Called them on a Thursday to rekey my Lock. They fix one lock and promise to come back and fix the other the next day. Here we are four days later they have not come back still asking for another day. Took my money did not return the full amount for the second lock. Quoted me one price when I asked for a refund did not refund me The portion for the second lock we agreed to. Also had lunch in front of my building and threw the trash all over the ground when he finished, for me to clean up. Don’t waste your time they’re crooks. I was supposed to be refunded $125. He only refunded me $100 and had me waiting on this holiday Labor Day. I’ve been waiting hours for them to come. I should have been out on the lake with my family and here he is again he’s asking to come tomorrow after he asked day after day time to come another day how unprofessional. I called the business line to make a complaint. They hung up in my face. Don’t waste your time with these people. They are rip off. Don’t trust Leo, the technician
The key had to be mailed to me. I ordered it on May 2, it was shipped on May 3, and arrived on May 17. The shipment required more time than expected. However I am very happy with the key - and the convenience. Will use this service again.
