This place appears to be closed. The walk in area is closed, there is a sign saying they will no longer take walk-in work. That's whatever, but no one answers the phones either, which is frustrating since they still have a door handle of mine that they are supposed to be re-keying. If you are closing part of your business you need to close all open tickets, otherwise that is theft of property.Absolute clownshoes.

If you're requesting service from this company, get a price quote first. I didn't do this and received and outrageous bill for a small job. A $295 basic service fee was charged for a standard service call (job was located .5 miles away), then additional labor charges were billed for each of the two jobs performed. The additional labor charges were also outrageous for what service was done. The bill was at least double what it should have been. I discussed my billing concerns with Bowman's but they wouldn't negotiate. No complaints with their service, just the charges billed. I've trusted this company in the past but will not use their service again.
Very impressive place. Had two vehicle keys cut within a couple minutes after I arrived. Never have I had a faster or better experience with any other company in my life. Shout out to Lucas for making this happen.
Our business had a broken door lock and we weren't sure how to fix it. I called Bowman Safe & Lock and they had a tech there right away. He made the repair and replacement promptly. He was very friendly and professional. We have utilized Bowman's Safe & Lock in the past and they never disappoint or over charge. I highly recommend their business.
