My friend also wasn't forthcoming with all the info and such these guys would have liked to have prior to our visit. In the end we didn't accomplish our goal but that wasn't really their fault per se.

Needless to say, just about every person I spoke to throughout the several hours that they kept me waiting; were rude, and unprofessional. Especially Randy and Travis, they should not be dispatchers or in customer service at all.

I ended up going with North Country Locksmith instead, I highly recommend their service! Ask for Mike, he was there in 10 minutes and got me out in less than 5!
