Someone stole my keys from the locker room at my gym. I called all over town and got prices all over the place. Oliphant was the 2nd lowest-priced and the friendliest by far.Joshua came out the same day, had my key made and programmed and saved my whole weekend!
They rekeyed our home after a move and were great. The pricing wasn't as straightforward as the person on the phone just asked about doors while the tech that came out counted the locks on the door as separate. It ended up costing a bit more but not too bad.
I went to this place thinking id be treated great i got a key fob off amazon nd was informed to go to a place that could program they key i did jus that i called today because since i got the key fob program it unlock when it wants to and also says key not detected i called because i paid 75 dollars to get it programmed yes its been 2 weeks but it shouldnt have went out already i called nd i guess i spoke with the owner as he say i ask him questions i am alil upset i didnt yell i jus want answers they didnt cut my keys so im not able to get in the car the man was getting overwhelmed upset i ask him is there someone else im able to talk to he said he’s listening and the only other person i could talk to was god how dare u say that to a customer thats so rude i do have a recording of the man voice and the conversation and i will be looking into what im able to do its not right that u treat your customers i would not recommend going to this place the ower is very rude
I give this company 5 stars for customer service!The fob for my car stopped working which meant my car wouldn’t start and I’m from out of town visiting so I began to freak out a little. LUKE the young man who was my technician assured me that I didn’t need a new fob just a battery and showed me a few useful tricks in case my battery gets low. I appreciate a company that puts customer service ahead of just making extra dollars especially when you’re away from home! Thank you to Oliphant and a very special thank you to Luke!! I appreciate you. The shop is not only a friendly family owned business it’s also cute as a button!
I called and talked to Chad. He listened to exactly what I needed and was very patient and explained how he could help. He sent Joshua out and within 2 hours my locks were changed and/or rekeyed per my request.Great service, patient and knowledgeable techs. I would highly recommend Oliphant!!
