Set up appointment for a single key to be cut from vehicle vin number. Driver said he couldn’t make original appointment time, so we set up for his time later in the day. He was 20 minutes late to our appointment anyway (which I scheduled at THEIR key kiosk address for THEIR convenience, took over an hour to make a key that didn’t even close to fit (completely wrong base key) after taking 4 detailed profile pictures of my key and texting them to his boss (strange as he was supposed to use vin for key profile), ran my vin, and said he was going to make the key from the vin (but asked for my key 3 separate times for a new picture anyway). After it was all said and done (complete failure) and he made multiple phone calls to his boss (apparently he had no idea what to do), he said my entire ignition needed to be changed without even looking at my ignition and that he couldn’t sell me just the key any longer because he didn’t have access to the vin program. He should have known this from the very start as that’s what the entire appointment was based on. So now he offers a price over double what was originally quoted. Do not use this company in Rocklin Ca, Stanford Ranch location if you value your time.EDIT: this may be coincidence but I’ve received well over a dozen robo calls and counting since using this company; when previously I never had any. Zero stars.

Quick, easy, affordable and unlike some other key kiosks, I walked away with my new keys in hand.
Fast and simple, but so many of the key choices require them to send it to you. Would be better to have more availability of the keys you offer on site. Very convenient and easy compared to having to go to a big box store.
I was down to a single key wanted one more. So I used the KeyMe located in my grocery store, got my new key as promised!
