Driver came out without the key fob I was quoted for, driver says I can do an after market one for the same price which made no sense. I told him to come back tomorrow with OEM fob and he then said he will need a deposit before coming back which also made no sense. I called his office and owner (or whoever I initially spoke to didn’t answer or call back) first and last time dealing with these types of locksmiths they clearly are trying to scam people please be aware. Oh and driver also said he’ll program my car using a fob I already purchased at the same price. I called him after I declined and told him I already called someone else to come out and then he told me he would drop the price below half of what I was initially quoted. (Scammers)

I had a great experience with 1 Hour Locksmith. Matt came out and rekeyed my house quickly and professionally, making sure everything worked smoothly before he left. He also installed and fully set up my Eufy video doorbell, walked me through the app, and made sure notifications and camera angles were dialed in perfectly.

Super knowledgeable, on time, and very easy to work with. Everything looks clean and works exactly how it should. Highly recommend if you need rekeying, lock work, or home security installs.

I was charged $337.92 to open one door with two locks. I had asked for a quote over the phone, but the technician refused to provide even a ballpark estimate. Once they arrived, the interaction felt unprofessional, and when I inquired about rekeying four doors, I was quoted an additional $300.

There’s also a 5.6% fee for paying with a credit card, the only way to avoid it is by paying cash. But realistically, who carries $300+ in cash during an emergency lockout? The fee structure felt more like a penalty than a convenience.

If transparency, fair pricing, and professionalism matter to you, I strongly recommend choosing another provider.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Matt, the technician, first came out to install a keyless lock, but we discovered the lock itself was faulty. He was incredibly professional and kind, and even took the time to give me tips on some door and frame repairs I needed. He also suggested a better-quality lock for me to purchase.

I went ahead and bought the new lock, and the company sent Matt back out the very next morning. He installed it effortlessly and walked me through how to set everything up. The entire process was smooth, and I really appreciated his knowledge and patience.
