I had a wonderful experience with Tai Garage service . They are professional , extremely diligent and extremely prompt. My mom's Garage door stopped working last week and I called 3 companies before I found them . I received a very reasonable quote and their technician arrived within 45 minutes after I spoke with them . I highly recommend this company.

Tai’s garage door repair was very helpful. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped us jump my car, programmed a lock and gave amazing advice. I will definitely be calling him if I have car troubles again, very reliable.

This company is excellent! I went out into the garage this morning to leave for work and found that the door was unable to open. Shortly after I realized the spring had broken in half. That is when I call Tai's. I gave them my information and they were incredibly nice and helpful by getting me the very first appointment before anyone else so that I could still try to make it to work on time. Andrew, the technician, called me minutes after I had originally called to verify my information and let me know he was on his way. He arrived within 20 minutes of when I first spoke with him. Once he was there he looked at what spring was needed and gave me a very reasonable price. After agreeing on the price he was done with the work in no time. After all was said and done the garage worked good as new and I was still able to make it to work on time. I was very impressed with Tai's Garage Door & Locksmith, they are exceedingly professional and punctual, while still maintaining a friendly and personable experience. I also loved that they were always willing to work with me and answer my questions, no matter what I asked. Do not pass up this excellent company if you need ANY work done!

Sunday morning our garage door spring snapped, and I called Tai’s garage door repair for the replacement spring. they scheduled based on convenience for me, showed up promptly, were completely courteous and professional, and were never pushy about any work. They very clearly laid out what needed to be done, and what actually got done would be based on my orders. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I'd say it took about three hours because the door and spring set we had was very, very old but they didn't leave until everything was done and the area was cleaned. And this was all for a very fair price. I'd recommend Tai’s Garage door repair to anyone who needs this kind of work done, and I'd call them again !!!
