I recently bought a 2024 Ram2500 and needed a second key fob since the dealership only gave me one fob. I bought a key fob online and they were able to program the fob and also cut the key for me. They were very friendly and charged a very fair price.
Everybody should use ACE Locksmith for their key needs! I had a fob cover that broke and only needed to get a new key cut and move the magnet over to the new fob. Scammers were trying to charge me $150 minimum for this service, but Margaret was able to help me out for $5. I am so thankful for their transparency, willingness to help me out, and not scam me into paying way more than was necessary for what I needed. If I ever need to get a new key programmed in the future, I will definitely be going to ACE!
My mom has a 2013 Mitsubishi that she bought used about 5 yrs ago and it only came with one key. My dad has been trying to get another key made for the longest time so I finally took him and the car to a local guy close to the small town they live in which is about 3hrs from Austin. Boy did this guy do a number on us. After 2 extra keys were made i walked away with 3 keys that didn't fully work including the original. The only thing the original could do was unlock the doors with key fob buttons. One spare key would unlock the door manually but wouldn't start the car. The other spare would start the car but wouldn't unlock the door. I drove the car up here and took it to Margaret & Kim. They were able to re-cut the spare that started the car so it would also unlock the door and then took the guts out of the key fob that no longer started the car or unlocked it manually and put it in another and cut that one and I was back in business with 2 fully functional keys. I was beyond ecstatic. All they charged me for was the shell key. It took a hot minute but those ladies figured out the mess and I was truly grateful. They absolutely know what they're doing. Would 1000% recommend.
Top notch customer service and results! I lost the only key fob to my car, and had just the "dummy key" (no chip). Kim was able to cut a new key from it, and scheduled an appointment for onsite service to program the chip. Works great! I didn't hesitate to get a second (spare) key fob cut and programmed. Great service, best prices, and quality products! Definitely recommend this company.
