No one was knowledgeable in the store to assist. The machine was not able to take my first visa card with little info. I am quite upset that out of 3 keys none of them worked for $23.00. That's a fraud machine. I would really like my money back!!!

Awesome kiosks for keys. When the machine can’t make your key, you get it in the mail pretty fast. Love this service.

So reassuring that not only can you get a duplicate key, but the system remembers and you can send the duplicate to any system in the network, and you don't need an extra key to carry around as a spare, the system remembers. It was quick and convenient and the duplicate key works like the original. Thanks.
