Fast and easy way to make your own key!
It does the job but wasn’t as thick as the original key I was trying to have copied so didn’t open everything but the things it did open it had difficulty opening it so idk wouldn’t say it’s a perfect copy
I used the kiosk inside of the HEB in Round Rock to create 2 copies of a house key. I worked well and was fairly reasonable with price. It took about 15 minutes to create two keys. I would use it again.
I’m a first time customer. Have to tell you the machines worked, however, I wad disappointed when before it made the keys it wanted even more money to improve its own system. This was disturbing to me, even Walmart dusts off the metal particles for you for much less than you charge. I don’t think I would ever use your system again as it is not my cup of tea.
I needed two copies of my mailbox key so went to heb to use the keyme machine. I was a little surprised they weren't able to make that key on the spot but went ahead and placed an order. The communication upon order and shipment was good but two days after the expected delivery date, I realized the tracking stopped updating and the key wasnt in my mailbox so I filed a ticket with them and asked them to resend a new one and also why I was making the request. They said they couldn't resend another but could refund me, which they did.Honestly, you're better off going to an actual locksmith. It was just a waste of my time along with some unnecessary frustration. I'd give them one star but the refund was quick.
