They installed a lock on a new commercial space and left it butchered for over $500. 7 months later its completely falling apart and it took us an hour to get in to the space. Now its out of warranty so we need to pay a real professional to come replace the horrible work that was done. I should have known I was going to have issues when it took 2 people 4 hours to get a lock installed. The guy had to take half a dozen smoke breaks right in front of the door so we got to enjoy that while. to work through what I thought would be a simple swap. Pictures are right after they finished their work. Now that I know they don't cover their bad work I guess its good to force me to find a real professional.

I had to get a new key for my motor and while it took them longer than expected, they always explained it in a way I understood and were willing to give me a discount if they could only do a partial job. By the next morning they had already figured everything out. They also gave me a good price on getting multiple replacement keys. Great service.

I am a landlord and had an urgent same-day need to re-key the entrance of my rental property. I called Action Locksmith at 10:15 AM, had a 3 minute talk with the receptionist, and they set me an appointment with Zack, the locksmith, that afternoon. He ended up working me in early so the issue was resolved by noon! He worked quickly, effectively, professionally, and was very communicative. He called me directly to let me know he was ahead of schedule. I also felt the cost (under $140 at present time) was very fair for the skill and speed that my need was requiring. Overall great experience; I would definitely call upon this company again and feel confident in recommending them to others.
