I got locked out of my car around noon, but the technician got there about 45 minutes after I called the shop. Their business is about 5 minutes from my apartment, so I wasn't anticipating this. The technician was able to get my door unlocked in about a minute, so that was quite nice. I thought the price was a little steep judging by the amount of work they had to do. Just my opinion and everyone I worked with was very kind. Thanks!
My Locksmith was Justin. My experience was quick and wholesome. I requested an lockout service over the phone, within 15 - 20 minutes Justin arrived and in 5 minutes or less My vehicle was unlocked!I will definitely using Bob's Lock, Safe & Key for more future mishaps.
Josh was great. Very fast and I called him after 9:30pm so really amazing he was able to drive 45 min away so late at night.
