If you have time to wait for a few minutes, this machine will make keys for you. It just takes too long for me, and sometimes it jams up. They will refund your money back if you use a credit card. Other than that, it's ok.
Works as advertised! Using their digital key recut saved me when I was locked out. Went to the kiosk, signed in and made the key. Cool.
I canceled my order and never received my money back
Rude and didn’t help me after being on the phone for 2 hours they couldn’t send someone to help me and hung up on me instead of telling me they couldn’t help
Useless key that cost $6.50. Decided to use the kiosk and skip the line at the traditional key machine inside Lowe's. The key looks pretty but it won't even begin to turn the lock. Emailed customer service 2 days ago. No response. So much for the money back satisfaction guarantee I guess.
