Feedback on copied keys is mixed: some customers say their keys worked well, while others report copies that were difficult to use or did not work as spares. One customer said a key never arrived; another found the refund process easy after copies failed.

I’m still waiting for my key, never received it.
Yolanda Garcia
Key is hard to open the doors.

Idk if the machine needs to be calibrated or what but the copies I received look nothing like the original keys. I even paid extra for the "precision laser/finish" and the keys came out bad. The left side of the key (teeth facing up) had a smooth finish but the right side was extremely jagged.
The originals I used are the silver keys and the copies I received were the copper and paw keys.
I was going to use these as spare keys for home but they didn't work at all.
I'll give it two stars because the refund process was easy.
Eddie Reyes
Made 3 keys for spares and they work perfectly. Didn't take more then twenty minutes to make.
