The owner is awesome !!! Got my key fob programmed by the time got to his shop. Great price compared to the dealer. Thank you !!!
Thomas is a true professional at what he does. After some low life tried to steal my car unsuccessfully I was left with a broken ignition and an estimate from the dealer for about a grand. I was able to get the ignition switch out with the help of YouTube but something didn’t look right. Thomas explained that a part was still broken in the car. I figured out how to get that out and he cut me new keys and matched everything to my original. I assumed it would be pricey but to my surprise it was less than $80. Glad to see theres still good people out there who won’t take advantage. Will be my only go to locksmith.
My key was a special situation, we couldn't get it but the gentleman that helped us out was super friendly and very informative about the key. His prices are competitive but very reasonable. We got a refund with no issues a heartfelt apology. I will be coming back and recommending for the easy simple locksmith needs. Great customer service found here.
First stop was a key kiosk at grocery store which analyzed the key and said it couldn't copy mine but for 49.99 they would ship me one. No thanks.Next stop was the Home Depot kiosk which said a technician would have to come on site to rekey the car for 299. No thanks.Next was Rialto lock & key. Owner looked at the key and said "I'll copy it but It won't work. You still wanna try it huh?" He copied the key in 15 seconds and told me to try the door first. Not only did it work in the door but it also worked on the trunk and glovebox which the last one never did. The final test was the ignition and it was easier than the original key.I was thrilled cause rekeying the car would absolutely suck. I asked the owner how much and he said 6 bucks. I told him to at least charge me 10 and he appreciated it.
Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to make a key copy for my rare Chinese motorcycle. I had gone to him once before some time ago. Great, courteous, & fast service! Very friendly & easy going guy. He gives you the best prices & great copies. Definitely recommend.Bonus points for having some awesome Lego Star Wars models on display. ??
