We first used Busy Bees in January because we could not open our front entry door. The response time was excellent --- they came within a couple of hours. The locksmith was Dagan and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure the door worked properly. On February 5th the deadbolt on our security door did not retract all the way, making it difficult to unlock. The response time was again excellent. We requested Dagan and once again he did a great job repairing the existing deadbolt and installing a new strike guide so the door would close easily. Dagan is an excellent locksmith. He's not only knowledgeable but very courteous and easy to work with.
