This has been such a horrible experience I do not recommend this place at all
Dispatcher told me they didn’t work with car door locks,
Then the locksmith calls me to give me a quote. They need to order the piece, it’s gonna take 2-3 days
Then they call me to ask me to take down the negative review I left. No real service provided yet, they just wanted me to change it.
Well it’s been almost a week
I call again today, I get a different dispatcher “
“Sorry we don’t work with car locks” and she hung up on me
I hope EVERYONE reads this

Whoever just answered... I called and asked for a quote and he just said "un right now we don't have that key" and hung up abruptly.. No effort or even a chance for a follow up question.

Overpriced and bent my key!!. called someone to unlock my car said he would tell me the price first then charge but all he did was push my window down with my help and he bent my main key and charged me close to $100 i’m now having trouble putting the key back in my remote.???????

Gerrit did a great job replacing my deadbolt with my new keypad lock. I highly recommend this company for any lock situations. He got here lightening fast!
