We just had Alex come by. He removed a seal o had put over a lock hole that had a stripped screw AND a broken drill bit inside of it. He did that, put in a lock and handle ABD Installed a new Eufy electronic lock all in less than an hour. Friendly, courteous and helpful. He was great.
He came out late at night when it was very urgent for us to get into our home. Super responsive, professional, and straightforward. Pricing was fair, no games, and very honest about the work. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend Uriel.
The technician did ultimately resolve the issue. After an attempted car theft left my Civic stuck in theft mode, they were able to reset the immobilizer and program two new key fobs, both of which work properly. That said, I can only give 2 stars because of the cost. The total came to $1,966, which was far more than I expected. The breakdown was $650 per key fob plus a $200 dealer code, on top of service charges, taxes, and even a credit card processing fee that I had to cover myself. While the work was completed, the pricing of almost $2000 felt excessive for the service provided.
I want to give Uriel a 5 star review because he earnd it. He is a polished pro at what he does. His company should give him a raise!!!
Super responsive phone line, when I was ready to have my car serviced, my technician Mark came out ASAP! I lost my key and it took only 20 minutes for him to get in and make a new one. Kind, professional, and super speedy!
