Upon thinking we had an issue with the remote 2 months later we contacted him and he was on site to assist us in 20 minutes. Though the remote ended up not being the issue he stayed to assist us and provided extra support. He went above and beyond and he will be our go-to anytime we need this type of support. I had excellent experience with Auto Locksmith making and programming keys for my car. Their tech Uriel responded quickly to my request and was very informative about what it takes for my specific car. He came to the location prepared and had extensive number of high tech tools and laser cutting equipment to work on modern car keys. He came late night and didn’t leave until he finished the job to his satisfaction. It’s impressive to see how committed and knowledgeable he was on new cars. Highly recommended!
