I had a very positive experience with Tal. A technician reached out to me within minutes of my call, offered me a very fair price, and was available to meet with me whenever it was convenient. Communication was excellent with setting up a time and meeting location. Tal was very courteous and knowledgeable, and helped me come up with an alternative solution to my issue when we realized I had the wrong key fob. I would definitely use his services again.
Amazing service. My neighbor got locked out of her apartment in the middle of the night and tal-niv let us know that their policy is to never leave anyone out in the cold. They were very generous to work with us on the pricing and our locksmith never gave up, even though the lock was very tricky! Amazing service, talent and genuine care.

What should have been a simple install turned into a much more complicated situation due to issues with my car.Tal put in many hours over several days, returning multiple times without charging me anything beyond the original quote. When it became clear that the problem required a mechanic, he referred me to someone trustworthy with fair prices and followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved. He even sent one of his team members to handle the final touches—again, without charging extra.Tal went above and beyond at every step. He was clear, communicative, and highly reasonable with his prices. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism and trustworthiness (especially after some less positive experiences with other autosmiths). I felt in good hands throughout the entire process, and I’d recommend him to anyone.
Tal was so great! He called back right away, kept me updated on his arrival time, and took care of my lost key issue and made a new one ! He even gave me a spare, fantastic guy!!!
