I have a 2020 Ram Promaster, and apparently it is very difficult to get a new FOB for it. Several other locksmiths told me that it was a dealer only key. Chat GPT told me to try Arizona Car Keys and Remotes. Not only did they have the FOB in stock, but he programmed it in just a few minutes, for half the cost of the Dodge dealership charges. A friend was having trouble with his key fob. We replaced battery but still wouldn’t work. We stopped in here to buy a new fob. Ryan could have sold a new fob and been done. But, he took the old fob apart and replaced battery again to be sure. Then, tried 2-3 more batteries that were also new. On about the 4th try the fob was working!!! On top of this excellent customer service he refused payment for the new battery that did work. I know where I’m going anytime I need locksmith services. Thanks again!
What an awesome job Ryan did on my Porsche Cayenne today. I lost the key fob for it, the dealership wanted to charge me 1,100 for a new key and a few hours worth of work. I hit Ryan up, he scheduled me in the next day, he came did a perfect job and charged me a quarter of what the dealership wanted. I recommend this company and btw my key fob needed a transponder chip, so he had to reprogram everything, this company is a blessing.
Wow, I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Not only did they have the key I needed for my new car, they were also able to make a copy of it in less than twenty minutes. The process was easy and hassle free. I tried two other places prior to coming here, including the dealership, and they could not help me. I highly recommend this place if you need a car key duplicated.
Ryan was professional, courteous and man was he quick. I showed up early and he took me early and he got it done quicker than advertised. He had a few different options as well and I appreciated it. Great Job overall
