Reviews
What customers say
Several customers described the service as expensive, with some also reporting unclear totals or surprise fees. One customer said a key bought for a standard front-door lock did not fit; another reported waiting over an hour for a lockout technician who never arrived and said the order was canceled without notice and the card was charged. By contrast, one customer said copied keys worked, including one that opened a door lock they had thought was frozen.

Extremely overpriced for a simple job. No transparency and zero warning about extra fees. Gouged on price for basic service — get a quote in writing before you agree to anything.

This is a 3rd party site. If you want to spend a lot of money use them. They charged an outrageous amount for the service and even had a cancellation fee. They wouldn’t tell you a total till you gave card info, then tell you about the $80 fee. Although who they sent out to me, Mike Fajadro from Apex Roadside service was excellent. Will definitely go directly through them for fast and cheap service.
