I copied 2 of our house keys. Then I got a free copy because I purchased 2, so I picked another copy of one of the house keys. All 3 copies I had made at the kiosk, and it took less than 10 minutes for all of them. I was sent a receipt via text. All 3 keys worked perfect. I wish they had more of a standard choice because they all look the same but are not for the same lock. I could have waited until my local hardware store was opened and saved about 10 dollars, but I needed them that day.
The machine cut the key. The key did not work.
Key system works but it's also a ripoff/scam. I selected to buy multiple keys 5+. It told me my key was rare and most key machines and shops wouldn't carry them and they would be 10$ each but then 5$ off for using the mail order option delivered.I changed to the buy individual key and they were 5$ each buy 2 get one free.I used the machine to buy 6 keys for 22$ rather than 28$ mail order for 5 and wait for shipping. Just feels like deceptive tactics.
