Got locked out of my house for the 1st time in my life (phone, wallet, everything inside the house. My neighbor was kind enough to call Dan's Affordable Lock and Key. Dan was at my place in less than 15 minutes and I had access to my house in pretty much ten to fifteen minutes. He was knowledgeable, customer oriented and the price was great too. Dan is amazing! He was able to program a new key fob for my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I have recommended him to multiple family members and friends. I truly appreciate when I come across someone with exemplary customer service skills and expertise! Nice guy too!
Dan was amazing! My key broke out of my key fob and Dan came to my home super quick and was finished even faster! When I called the Ford dealership they quoted me $300-$400!!! But Dan was so much more affordable!! Not only did he rekey, he also programmed my car so it wasn’t MyKey anymore (that alone was a God send)!!! Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs help with a key fob ????
I always feel like it’s better late than never to do something… So, with that being said-I would like to share my experience. Just before Christmas my in-laws had an issue with their ignition. I won’t get into too much detail but it involved a toothpick/flosser ??????? AAA insisted on having the car towed to a dealership close by and I was not excited about the costs I knew that would entail. I got online and found Dan’s Affordable Lock & Key-I gave the number a call-no answer-BUT he called me back in less than 3 mins. (THIS BASICALLY NEVER HAPPENS ANYMORE) I answered and was extremely impressed with Dan’s demeanor. It was after “normal” business hours for most companies. I explained what had happened and Dan said he could handle it. He was there in approx. 30 mins. I was anticipating an hour or more from previous experiences with businesses. Dan was not only amazing at his job but he was kind and understanding. He fixed the issue so much faster than I thought possible. So in conclusion… If you need a locksmith… CALL DAN!! Seriously, you will be so happy you did! …and Dan-Thank you for being you!
