This is NOT a locksmith. It’s a kiosk. Many types of keys are not kept in stock in the machine. I wasted my time driving here.
Very bad service. My 3rd key was smaller than the other 2 keys. I selected a specific design and it charged me for that design but gave me a regular smaller price key design. Refund page doesnt work. Never again I will use this service.
Called to get a quote, they sent someone over to “give a quote” and then when we did not want their services, tried to charge a $30 “service fee”
Keys were made quickly and accurately. I had 3 copies of a fob made. However, the prompts on the machine weren't clear as to when the first or second keys we’re finished/activated…it kept saying to hold the key on the pad, so I wasn’t sure if the first one was finished ornot so i just selected to start the second hoping that it “took.” Only at the end did it say all 3 were activated. May have just been that specific machine.LOVE being able to copy key fobs!!!??
This was a great experience. Very fast and if you wait then you get a discounted price, exit first then they offer
