Thank you Uval!! I had a rental car for a trip to Santa Barbara when it malfunctioned and left me unable to get in. Uval showed up so promptly and we had a bunch of laughs about the situation. Its been months since then and when I mentioned how i’ll be leaving a review he jokingly responded, “yes lots of people say that” but here I am! Haha. Thanks for making a stressful situation lighter!!
They came out to my business to rekey our door. They were quick in coming out and quick in replacing the lock. The technician was very professional and nice. The price was very reasonable for the value they provided!
We got locked out of our place yesterday and called them just to get a quote. They were extremely reasonable, so I decided to use their services. They showed up within the timeframe they provided, which was a surprise. Tony was super professional and friendly. 10/10 recommend.
This place took advantage of me in a vulnerable situation. I was working in the area but live 3 hours away, I ended up breaking my truck key in half and after giving them a call, the lady said to give her 5 minutes to get me an estimate, 5 minutes turned to 15 so I called again just for some guy to answer, his name was Eyal said if I waited till tomorrow it would be in the low $200's. When I explained my situation, he said $300 for the drive and labor, I was only 7 minutes from the shop, to add insult to injury he said the key he gave me only cost him $5, and it took him no more than 5 minutes of labor. He highly recommended I give him cash or zelle him the money. I feel like they took advantage of my situation and don't recommend them
Went to ESP Locksmith to get a few keys made. It's conveniently located with plenty of nearby parking. They have an incredibly wide array of locks, keys, safes, keychains and lanyards and so much more. Aysia the young lady who helped me was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well. She answered all of my questions pertaining to my specific purchase as well as all of my random "do you have" and "what're these" type questions as well. All with a smile while completing my order. This shop handles everything related to locks and keeping things locked in a safe secure manner. They even have mobile service. Lock their number into your phone!
