Key duplication for standard keys via self-service kiosk. Digital ordering workflow for select key types. On-site key cutting with guided prompts.
Reviews frequently highlight the kiosk’s convenience and quick process, with some users appreciating multi-key savings offers. Several comments mention pricing as higher than local hardware stores. A few reviewers report that certain copies required extra wiggling to work smoothly. There are also critical remarks about separate lockout service experiences, including pricing concerns.
User friendly system. Loved the buy two, get a third key for free. The process only took a few minutes. Will use again
machine makes a great key for a great price, but they only accept a card that swipes.
Freshly cut keys work as expected. Prices are a bit steep for what it is, but using a kiosk is very convenient. If you have a local hardware store nearby, you'll likely pay less by going there.
I would not recommend them for lock out services. They are unprofessional and make up pricing on the spot. Technician lied about the type of lock I had (saying it was a commercial lock - it’s not). Technician tried to charge hundreds of dollars for a simple lock out. The technician started his pricing at $500 and then insisted on only accepting cash. All he needed was a flathead screwdriver to pop latch for a residential door that wasn’t dead bolted or fully locked. Took 10 seconds.
I would not recommend getting a key made at this machine. I got two copies of my house key made, and both of them are substantially harder to use in the original. The original, I can slide it in and easily unlock, with these copies I have to wiggle it around so much before it will engage with the lock. Also at $9.99 a copy it’s insanely expensive compared to what you could get elsewhere.
