Austin and the gang are awesome. I had 3 keys that I needed to have copies made and this place was the only business that had the right types. They can make duplicates of any key that you have trouble getting one made anywhere else. So don't give up on your mission! Austin will be able to make your day with a smile. They also sell all of the different kinds of locks and safes as well. 5 Stars *****

Been here plenty of times and always have been helped. An employee named Austin went above and beyond to help me today. Once again confirming why I come from Petaluma to Santa Rosa for all my key needs.

Bills lock and safe were super fast, kind, and professional when my toddler locked himself in the bathroom. They arrived very promptly, but my toddler did manage to free himself moments before they arrived. However, they helped show me how to remove the locking mechanism from my door and didn't charge me anything and were super understanding of the situation. I would recommend them to anyone needing a lock service!
